Organisational culture change
Blockchains hold a promise of a decentralised world without middlemen. Beyond the financial applications and Bitcoin, blockchains are transforming sectors and processes as structural as supply chains, healthcare or governance. This starts to uncover the potential of this technology to enable a broader systemic change. Blockchains open whole new possibilities to organise and exchange value. They create the possibility of a connected, automated and transparent world where everyone shares one truth. Blockchain ideas and technologies are young and complex. We help companies define and shape applications of blockchains that are commercially successful because they serve their users in a meaningful way.
New technologies are triggering deep changes from mindsets and behaviours of the healthcare stakeholders to the way medical services are delivered. New players, especially tech companies, are entering the sector with disruptive approaches and development pace, sometimes making healthcare just a new use case for consumer devices. The patients, informed and empowered, expect new kinds of relationships with the many healthcare providers that have to coordinate to be able to offer them continuum of care. We structure dynamic views of the healthcare landscape. We spot opportunities for our clients to innovate. We design and co-develop new patient-centric services and experiences, while supporting our clients in nurturing the right ecosystems.
Some call them millennials, generation Y or Z, but the reality is that all your new users and employees from now on are digital natives. The Internet didn’t just get the world online; it gave birth to a new tribe unified through lifestyles, behaviours, needs and expectations. Digital natives face a world full of options, but also uncertainty. They want freedom, and keep their options open. They are opportunistic and diversify both financially and socially. They seek purpose, invest in themselves, and build skills to be as well prepared and adaptive as they can be for the constantly changing reality. We help organisations understand them and create solutions that better meet their emotional and functional needs.
We live in a new era of what it means to relate, both to ourselves and others. As our reality has become technology-saturated, more and more of our relationships exist in the digital. Ghosting, simmering and icing are just some of the tastes you can sample on the online dating carousel. With a focus on individuality and freedom, people are less inclined to work towards commitment even while seeking depth and life long relationships. Stable ambiguity is a modern balancing act as many value flexibility and autonomy more than stability. General family models are being redefined. Fertility clinics have never had a more mainstream appeal. We are making technology help us connect in a meaningful and balanced way.
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller
